A painting from back in the days when people had a whole lot of fun at their local restaurant. This place in Takapuna near the beach, was once called 'The Live Nude Muscle' by John, then 'Numero Uno' by Judy Winter. One night a very very very important lady in a suit arrived with her tightly pursed red lips and a rule book .. she banned laughing too loud, banned dancing, she banned smoking. So we all went home to bed and left her there sipping delicately on her small glass of misery wine..alone.
