The Glare is an Auckland based 4 piece alternative pop-rock act formed in early 2010. The music takes influences from bands such as Janes Addiction, Neil Young Garageland, Santogold, The Cribs and the Kings of Leon.

While finalising their live set, they’ve also been working with engineer/producer Adrian Ashdown (bass player for indie group Superturtle) demoing tracks for a planned debut EP release.
